1. INITIAL CONSULTATION
- A meeting is set up with the client to discuss and ascertain the requirements of the website
- Once the client decides to proceed, a quote and development contract is drawn up
2. QUOTE & CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE
- Once the quote is accepted and the contract signed, 50% deposit becomes payable
- The signed contract needs to be faxed or emailed to 086 551 2321 or info@oucotech.com respectively
3. GRAPHICS & DESIGN PHASE
- A design brief detailing your specifications will be given to the graphics designer
- The design concept will be presented to you whereby you can make the necessary changes
- The design is accepted and signed off
4. WEB DEVELOPMENT PHASE
- Website specifications and any technical aspects are finalised
- Content and graphics will be provided by you
- Development of your website begins
5. CHANGES & FINALISATION
- The site is uploaded to a test site and any content changes are made here
- Once everything is approved and finalised, the project is signed off
- The other 50% becomes due
6. WEBSITE LAUNCH
